Refund Policy

We want you to use the file, not fight with it. If something does not work, write to us first. We will fix it or refund you.
Digital products (Lite, Pro, Bundle)
30-day fix-or-refund guarantee. If, within 30 days of purchase, the file does not open or does not work as described on its product page:
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a screenshot of the problem.
- We try to fix it within 2 business days.
- If we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.
Duplicate purchases. If you bought the same product twice by mistake, we refund the second order in full.
Changed your mind. A downloaded file cannot be returned, so we do not normally refund a file that works as described. Write to us anyway. We look at every request and decide case by case.
Free calculator. It is free, so there is nothing to refund.
Services (Setup, Custom build) paid directly to us

- If we cannot deliver what the service page says is included, we refund you in full.
- If you do not send the information we need within 30 days of payment, we close the order and refund you in full.
Orders on other platforms
Orders placed on Etsy, Upwork or another marketplace follow that platform's refund and dispute rules. We will still help you fix any problem with the file.
How refunds are paid
- Product orders are refunded by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method.
- Service orders are refunded the way you paid (bank transfer or card).
- Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show a refund.

Most problems are solved in one email. A card dispute takes weeks and costs both of us time. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
